| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study was to find whether EIC students could improve their English ability by means of collaborative learning. Forty students participated in this study, including 10 students from each year. The students, firstly, sat a 15-item English structure test individually. Later, they learned about the English structures in pairs, and separately sat another 15-item English structure test. It was found that the students scored higher in the post-test than the pre-test. The study suggested that EIC students could develop their English ability through collaborative learning. | en_US |
