Development of Services and Air Conditions Installation System: A case study of Digital Kool Co.,Ltd.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop services and air conditions installation system, a case study of Digital Kool Co.,Ltd., as well as to evaluate the quality of the system and users to assess users’ satisfaction. This system was developed by using PHP language and database management program. The system was evaluated the quality by using questionnaire from experts and users. According to the results from the analysis of the quality and satisfaction of users to the development of services and air conditions installation system, a case study of Digital Kool Co.,Ltd., which was satisfied by experts and users at a high level. In conclusion, the system can be used.
