Dorm management system: A case study, Kun noi dormitory

Abstract

This project aims to develop a dorm management system, a case study of Kun noi dormitory, and to assess the satisfaction of experts and users. the functions consist of users management, room information management, tenant information management, rates room management, printing an invoice, monthly payment management, fine fee management, maintenance service, room reservation management, room rental management, changing room management, check out management, accessing reports and printing out summary reports. The system was developed by using the JAVA language system and using the MySQL language system as a database management system. According to the satisfaction analysis of a dorm management system, a case study of Kun noi dormitory, experts and users are satisfied at a high level.
