Souvenir shop system: A case study of JJ souvenir shop

Abstract

This project aims to develop the souvenir shop system, a case study of JJ souvenir shop, and to evaluate the satisfaction of users. The function of this project is composed of user’s management, product categorization, product management, dealer management, ordering, sales, payment, warehousing, reporting, log file, which developed by using PHP language and MySQL as a database. The result found that the overall efficacy is rated at highest level (Average = 4.57, Standard Deviation = 0.12) Furthermore, the satisfaction of users also rated at highest level (Average = 4.59, Standard Deviation = 0.12). According to the satisfaction of development the souvenir shop system, a case study of JJ souvenir, users and experts are satisfied at a high level. In conclusion, the system can be used.
