Tailor Shop Management System: A Case Study Of King & Queen Tailor Shop

Abstract

This project aims to develop tailor shop management system, a case study of King & Queen Tailor Shop, and evaluate the user satisfaction. The system functions consist of user authorization, log-in information management, selling management, renting and returning management, tailoring management, product categorizing management, warehouse management, customer information management, user data management, printing out a report, user logfiling. The system was developed by using PHP language and MySQL as a database. According to the satisfaction analysis of system, in the view of experts and users found that the experts’ satisfaction was at a high level as well as the users’ satisfaction was at a high level. In conclusion, the tailor shop management system can be used.
