Dormitory Management System: A case study of Sapmanee Mansion

Abstract

This project aims to create a dormitory management system, a case study of Sapmanee Mansion, and to evaluate the satisfaction of experts and users. The system functions consist of user’s authorization, room information management, extra services, room reservations, room rental management, renter information management, water meter management, electric meter management, water / electric usage calculation, rental fee management, fines fee management, printing out a report, and log File. The system was developed by using JAVA and MySQL as a database management system. According to the analysis of users’ satisfaction of dormitory management system, a case study of Sapmanee Mansion, the result showed that experts and users’ satisfaction are at high level. In conclusion, dormitory management system can be used.
