Abstract

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดการสต็อกและเคลมสินค้ายางรถยนต์และแม็ก กรณีศึกษา ร้านล้อยาง ไว้ใจผม และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบจัดการสต็อกและเคลมสินค้ายาง รถยนต์และแม็ก กรณีศึกษา ร้านล้อยาง ไว้ใจผม โดยระบบจะประกอบด้วย การกาหนดสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้ระบบ ช้อมูลบริษัทคู่ค้าการจัดการประเภทสินค้า การจัดการสินค้า การจัดชุดสินค้า การสั่งซื้อ(จากบริษัทคู่ค้า) การขายสินค้า การชาระเงิน การจัดส่งสินค้า(ลูกค้า) การรับคืนสินค้า การซ่อมสินค้า การส่งคืนสินค้า การออกรายงาน รวมถึงการ Log File ซึ่งพัฒนาโดยอาศัยภาษาพีเอชพีและใช้มายเอสคิวแอลเป็นระบบ จัดการฐานข้อมูล จากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของระบบจัดการสต็อกและเคลมสินค้ายางรถยนต์และแม็ก กรณีศึกษา ร้านล้อยาง ไว้ใจผม นั้น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก และผู้ใช้งานมีความพอใจ ในระดับมาก สรุปได้ว่าระบบจัดการสต็อกและเคลมสินค้ายางรถยนต์และแม็ก กรณีศึกษา ร้านล้อยาง ไว้ใจผมนี้ สามารถนาไปใช้งานได้

The objectives of this project were to develop the stock management system and the claim of tires and alloy wheels under a case study of the tire shop "Wai Jai Pom" and to evaluate user satisfaction, stock management system and tire and wheel claim. In this case study, there was requirements regarding system user rights, partner company information, product type management, product management, arranging product packages, ordering (from business partners), product sales, payment, product delivery (customer), product return, product repair, product return, reporting including Log File which is developed by using the HP language and using MS SQL as a database management system. Based on the analysis of the satisfaction of stock management systems and claims for tires and alloy products in this case study, experts were highly satisfied and users also had a high level of satisfaction, therefore, concluded that the stock management system and the claim for tire and alloy products of this store could be used.
