การย้อมเส้นด้ายไหมอีรี่ด้วยน้าแช่อังคัก

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการย้อมเส้นด้ายไหมอีรี่ด้วยน้าแช่อังคัก อัตราส่วนที่เหมาะสมในการเตรียมน้าย้อม คือ อังคักกับน้าในอัตราส่วน 1 ต่อ 50 ศึกษาผลของสภาวะในการย้อม เช่น อุณหภูมิและเวลา ต่อความเข้มสีและ CIE L*a*b ของเส้นด้ายไหมอีรี่ด้วยน้าแช่อังคัก พบว่าสภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการย้อมคืออุณหภูมิ 60 องศาเซลเซียส นาน 60 นาที นอกจากนี ศึกษาความคงทนของสีบนเส้นด้ายไหมอีรี่ย้อมด้วยน้าแช่อังคักต่อการซัก การขัดถูและเหงื่อ

The purpose of this research was to study eri silk yarn dyeing with soaked red fermented rice water. The proper ratio of red fermented rice to the water for dye solution was 1: 50. The influence of the dyeing conditions e.g. temperature and time was investigated on the color strength and CIE L*a*b of eri silk yarn dyed with with soaked red fermented rice water. The results found that an appropriate dyeing condition were at temperature of 60 C for 60 min. In addition, the color fastness to washing, rubbing, and perspiration of eri silk yarn dyed with soaked red fermented rice water was determined.
