การสร้างฐานข้อมูลสีสำหรับการย้อมหนังวัว

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ทาการศึกษาการสร้างฐานข้อมูลสีสำหรับการย้อมหนังวัวแบบไตรโครเมติกโดยใช้อุณหภูมิ 30 องศาเซลเซียสและเวลาในการย้อม 120 นาที มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อหาแนวทางในการลดต้นทุนของสี ลดระยะเวลาในการทำงานและใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเชิงรุกสาหรับนาเสนอลูกค้า ผลการทดลองพบว่าสามารถสร้างฐานข้อมูลแบบไตรโครมาติก 4 ชุดสี ช่วยลดต้นทุนสีย้อมที่มีราคาแพงและทดแทนสีที่ไม่มีการผลิตแล้วได้

This research studied color database for cow leather dyeing at temperature of 30C for 120 min. The objectives were to find ways to significantly reduced dye cost and working time and also used as a proactive tool for presenting customers. The results found that 4 trichromatic database were successfully created. Moreover, they could replace the expensive dyes and no longer produced dyes.
