ระบบจัดการอาคารนิติบุคคล กรณีศึกษา นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดนิรันดร์เรซิเดนซ์

Abstract

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบจัดการอาคารนิติบุคคล กรณีศึกษา นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดนิรันดร์เรซิเดนซ์ และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งาน ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้พัฒนาตามหลักการพัฒนาระบบทฤษฎี SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) โดยฟังก์ชัน จะประกอบด้วย การกาหนดสิทธิ์พนักงาน การจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน การจัดการข้อมูลเจ้าของห้องและผู้อยู่อาศัย การจัดเก็บค่าน้าและค่าส่วนกลาง การจัดการสินทรัพย์ส่วนกลาง การจัดทำรายงานการเข้าใช้ระบบ (Log File) ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี และใช้มายเอสคิวแอลเป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของระบบจัดการอาคารนิติบุคคล กรณีศึกษา นิติบุคคลอาคาร ชุดนิรันดร์เรซิเดนซ์ นั้น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก สรุปได้ว่าระบบการจัดการอาคารนิติบุคคลนิรันดร์เรซิเดนซ์ กรณีศึกษานี้ สามารถนาไปใช้งานได้ผลการประเมินพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.69 ,. .DS = 0.64) สามารถสรุปได้ว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนาไปใช้งานในอาคารนิติบุคคล อาคารชุดนิรันดร์เรซิเดนซ์ได้

This project aims to build a juristic person management system, a case study of the Juristic Eternal Residence condominium and to assess the satisfaction of experts and users. The system was developed in accordance with the principles of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) theory. The functions consist of employee rights, employee information management, management of the owners, the water and common fees, central asset management, reporting, signing in (Log File). The system was developed by using the language of HP and My Sql as a database management system. According to the analysis of the satisfaction of the juristic person building management system, the case study of the Eternal Residence Juristic Person, the expert’s satisfaction is at a high level. In conclusion, the Eternal Residence Juristic Person Management System can be used. The evaluation results showed that the overall system efficiency is very appropriate (𝑥̅ = 3.69, = 0.64). The system can be used in the Eternal Residence condominium.
