เครื่องตรวจสอบริงเฟรมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ

Abstract

ปริญญานิพนธ์นี้นาเสนอเครื่องตรวจสอบริงเฟรมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องตรวจสอบริงเฟรมที่ชารุดออกจากกระบวนการผลิต หากริงเฟรมที่นำมาใช้งานไม่เรียบเสมอกัน จะทาให้เครื่องจักรหยุดทำงาน จากปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการผลักริงเฟรมเข้าคาสเซ็ท (Cassette) และ การดึงริงเฟรมออกจากคาสเซ็ท การตรวจสอบริงเฟรมจะใช้แผ่นโลหะสัมผัสกับริงเฟรมที่เป็นโลหะเหมือนกัน โดยจ่ายแรงดันไฟฟ้าไว้ที่แผ่นโลหะ เมื่อนำแผ่นโลหะที่มีแรงดันไฟฟ้ามาสัมผัสกับริงเฟรม จะทำให้สามารถวัดแรงดันไฟฟ้าที่ริงเฟรมได้ การควบคุมการทำงาน และการวิเคราะห์จะใช้บอร์ดอาดูโน่ซึ่งเป็นไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ที่มีการพัฒนาให้สามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายทั้งด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ และซอฟต์แวร์ เครื่องตรวจสอบริงเฟรมแบบกึ่งอัตโนมัตินี้จะสามารถตรวจสอบริงเฟรมได้สองแบบคือ ริงเฟรมขนาดใหญ่ และริงเฟรมขนาดเล็ก

This project presents a semi-automatic ring frame check machine. Which is a machine to check for damaged ring frame from the production process, if the ring frame used is uneven. Will cause the machine to stop working, due to problem with pushing the ring frame into the cassette and pulling the ring frame out of the cassette the ring frame check use metal sheet to touch the same metal ring frame, by supplying voltage to the metal sheet, when the metal sheet with the voltage touch the ring frame will be able to measure the voltage at the ring frame work control and the analysis use the Arduino board, which is a microcontroller that has been develop to be easy to use both in hardware and software. The semi-automatic ring frame check machine can check to the large ring frame and small ring frame.
