เครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ผักบุ้งอัตโนมัติ สำหรับถาดเพำะเมล็ด

Abstract

ปริญญำนิพนธ์นี้นำเสนอกำรออกแบบ และสร้ำงเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ผักบุ้งอัตโนมัติ สำหรับถำดเพำะเมล็ด เพื่อนำมำใช้แทนแรงงำนมนุษย์ในอุตสำหกรรมกำรเกษตร เพื่อลดจำนวนแรงงน ลดเวล และค่ำใช้จ่ำย โดยใช้โปรแกรมเมเบิลลอจิกคอนโทรลเลอร์ในกำรควบคุมลำดับกำรทำงำนทั้งหมด และประยุกต์ใช้งำนร่วมกับสเต็ปปิ้งมอเตอร์ทั้งหมด 3 ตัว (3 แกน) คือ ตัวที่ 1 จะใช้สำหรับขับเคลื่อนอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดให้เดินหน้ำหรือถอยหลังไปยังตำแหน่งที่ต้องกำร ตัวที่ 2 ใช้สำหรับขับเคลื่อนชุดหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ผักขึ้นหรือลงไปยังถำดเพำะเมล็ดในระยะที่ต้องการ และตัวที่ 3 ใช้สำหรับเปิดและปิดหัวหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ผัก และติดตั้งสวิตช์จำกัดระยะไว้ที่ตำแหน่งหัวและท้ำยสำหรับกำหนดตำแหน่งเริ่มต้น และป้องกันกำรทำงนที่ผิดปกติซึ่งจะสร้ำงควำมเสียหายให้กับเครื่อง

This project presents design and construction the automatic water spinach seed drop machine for nursery tray. To be used instead of human labor in the agriculture industry for reduce human labor, time and cost. In machine use programmable logic controller to control the entire sequence of operations and apply together with stepping motor. In which 3 stepping motor will be used (3 axis) include the motor No.1 use for driving all equipment to move forward or back to desire position, motor No.2 use for driving seed drop equipment to move up or down to nursery tray in desire deep and motor No.3 use for driving seed drop equipment to close and open. In the machine will install limit switch at begin position and end position for set start position and protect abnormal operation.
