การผลิตโมเสกจากถุงพลาสติกใช้แล้ว

Abstract

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะที่เหมาะสมในการผลิตโมเสกจากถุงพลาสติกใช้แล้ว ตัวแปรที่ศึกษา คือ ชนิดของถุงพลาสติกใช้แล้ว ได้แก่ HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE และ PP อุณหภูมิที่ใช้ใน การหลอม คือ 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 และ 240 องศาเซลเซียส และเวลาที่ใช้ใน การหลอม คือ 10, 20 และ 30 นาที ผลจากการสังเกตสมบัติทางกายภาพ พบว่า ภาวะที่เหมาะสม ของถุงพลาสติกชนิด PP หลอมที่ 180 องศาเซลเซียส เวลา 20 นาที LDPE และ LLDPE หลอมที่ อุณหภูมิ220 องศาเซลเซียส ขึ้นรูปโมเสกด้วยภาวะที่เหมาะสมในแม่พิมพ์ 1x1x0.5, 2x2x0.5 และ 4x4x0.5 เซนติเมตร การคำนวณค่าใช้จ่ายในการขึ้นรูปผลิตภัณฑ์โมเสกของเวลา 1 ชั่วโมง เท่ากับ 5.56 บาท และ เวลา 20 นาที เท่ากับ 1.83 บาท และวิเคราะห์ผลค่าความต้านทานแรงอัดด้วยเครื่อง Tension/Compression Tester พบว่า PP, LDPE, และ LLDPE เท่ากับ 1099, 242 และ 705 นิวตัน ตามลำดับ

The objective of this project was to study the optimum conditions for production of mosaic from used plastic bags. The parameters such as type of used plastic bags: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP, melting temperatures: 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220 and 240 degrees celsius, and the time for melting: 10, 20 and 30 minutes were investigated. The physical appearance observation showed that the optimum conditions for mosaic forming were 180 degrees celsius for PP and 220 degrees celsius for LDPE and LLDPE at 20 minutes. The mosaic was formed to obtain the dimension of 1x1x0.5, 2x2x0.5 and 4x4x0.5 centimeter. The cost calculation for the production was 5.56 and 1.83 Bath for 1 hour and 20 minutes, respectively. The analysis result of compressive strength by Tension/compression tester machine found that PP, LDPE and LLDPE were 1099, 242 and 705 Newton, respectively.
