โครงงานนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาการทำงานของเครื่องผสมเครื่องดื่มอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งเป็นการนำเอา
เทคโนโลยีและอุปกรณ์ทางไฟฟ้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อุปกรณ์ทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้งานเข้า
ด้วยกันเพื่อสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่มีประสิทธิภาพและประโยชน์ในการผสมเครื่องดื่ม และเพื่อช่วยอำนวย
ความสะดวกในด้านการผสมเครื่องดื่มที่มีรสชาติเท่าเทียมกันทุกแก้ว และง่ายต่อการนำไปใช้งาน
ซึ่งโครงงานชิ้นนี้มีความหลากหลายในด้านการใช้งานในทั้งระบบอัตโนมัติและกำหนดเอง โปรแกรมสั่งการ
ทั้งหมดด้วยระบบ PLC ยี่ห้อ Mitsubishi FX5U และผ่านการเลือกโหมดการใช้งานจากจอสัมผัส
