Abstract

โครงงานนี้เป็นการทดสอบเครื่องจ่ายยาเพื่อศึกษาการทำงานของระบบเครื่องจ่ายยาและสามารถนำชิ้นงานนี้ไปพัฒนาต่อเพื่อไปใช้ในการช่วยเหลืองานทางด้านเภสัชกรรม ส่งผลให้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของแผนกเภสัชกรรมโดยนำชุดไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ Arduino Mega 2560 และ NodeMCU V3 ESP8266 มาใช้ในการควบคุมการทำงานของระบบทั้งหมดของ Servo Motor ทั้งหมด 13 ตัว 6 ตัวแรกใช้เพื่อควบคุมการจ่ายยาในแม็กกาซีน ยามีทั้งหมด 6 ชนิด และเมื่อ จ่ายยาแล้วจะใช้ Servo Motor อีก 7 ตัวในการควบคุมระบบการจัดยาให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข คือ ก่อนอาหารเช้า หลังอาหารเช้า ก่อนอาหารกลางวัน หลังอาหารกลางวัน ก่อนอาหารเย็น หลังอาหาร เย็น และก่อนนอน โดยผู้ใช้จะสามารถเลือกการใช้งานว่า ต้องการยาเพื่อใช้ในช่วงเวลาไหน ผ่านสวิตช์ เมื่อสั่งการแล้ว Servo Motor จะท างานและยาจะลำเลียงมาที่จุดรับยา มีระบบแจ้งเตือนเมื่อยาใน แม็กกาซีนหมดแล้วด้วย LED ระบบยังสามารถเก็บข้อมูลการใช้ยาผ่านเว็บไซต์
