เครื่องหล่อเหวี่ยงชิ้นงานสำหรับการหล่อแบบขี้ผึ้งหาย

Abstract

จากการรวบรวมทฤษฏีและโครงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการสร้างเครื่องทำให้ดี การออกแบบและการเขียนแบบชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ ของการสร้างเครื่องหล่อเหวี่ยงชิ้นงานสำหรับการหล่อแบบขี้ผึ้งหาย และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ โดยผลการตรวขสอบลักษณะภายนอก พบว่าลักษณะชิ้นงานที่ได้จากเครื่องหล่อเหวี่ยงมีลักษณะภายนอกคมชัดสมบูรณ์ และผลการตรวจสอบน้ำหนักของชิ้นงานโดยมีตัวแปร คือ 30 60 และ 90 วินาทีพบว่าน้ำหนักของชิ้นงานที่ได้มีค่าใกล้เคียงกันแสดงว่าตัวแปรด้านเวลาไม่มีผลกับน้ำหนักชิ้นงาน

The project aims to design and build centrifuge machine for lost wax casting to cast small and detailed workpieces with easy system and high efficiency to use. The centrifuge machine for lost wax casting was designed and built to cast non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, lead, and copper. From the collection of theories and related projects to be used as information to design the drawing of various parts and build the centrifuge machine for lost wax casting then test the performance of the machine. The result by the examination of the appearance showed that the characteristics of the workpieces obtained from the centrifuge machine were completely sharp and clear. The results of the weight determination of the workpiece with time parameters of 30, 60 and 90 seconds was found that the weight of the workpieces were similar, showed that the time variable has no significant effect on the workpiece weight.
