ระบบบริหารวัตถุดิบร้านเบเกอรี่ โดยอาศัยแนวคิด Bill of Material (BOM) กรณีศึกษา ร้านฉิมสุขเบเกอรี่
Abstract
โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบบริหารวัตถุดิบร้านเบเกอรี่โดยอาศัยแนวคิด Bill of Material (BOM) กรณีศึกษา ร้านฉิมสุขเบเกอรี่ และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งาน ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้พัฒนาตามหลักการพัฒนาระบบทฤษฎี SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) โดยฟังก์ชันจะประกอบด้วย การจัดการสิทธิผู้ใช้ การจัดการพนักงาน การจัดการสินค้า การจัดการวัตถุดิบ การจัดการผลิต การจัดการสูตรส่วนผสม การเบิกวัตถุดิบ การเบิกบรรจุภัณฑ์ การรับเข้าวัตถุดิบ การรับเข้าบรรจุภัณฑ์ การตั้งค่าประเภท บันทึกการขาย และการออกรายงาน ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี และใช้ภาษามายเอสคิวแอลเป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจระบบบริหารวัตถุดิบร้านเบเกอรี่โดยอาศัยแนวคิด Bill of
Material (BOM) กรณีศึกษา ร้านฉิมสุขเบเกอรี่ นั้น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก และผู้ใช้งาน
มีความพอใจในระดับมาก สรุปได้ว่าระบบบริหารวัตถุดิบร้านเบเกอรี่ โดยอาศัยแนวคิด Bill of Material
(BOM) กรณีศึกษานี้ สามารถน าไปใช้งานได้ This project has objectives to create raw material managing system for bakery shop by applying Bill of Material (BOM) in case study of “Chim Sook Bakery Shop” and to assess satisfaction of experts and users. The system has been developed by principle of Systems Development Life Cycle(SDLC), that the function consists of user’s right management, employee management, inventory management, raw material management, production management, mixture management, raw material disbursement, packaging disbursement, raw material input, packaging input, setting categories, sales record, and issuing reports, that developed by PHP programing language and MySQL programing language to be the database management system. After analyze the satisfaction of raw material managing system for bakery shop by applying Bill of Material (BOM) in case study of “ Chim Sook Bakery Shop”, experts’ satisfaction is in “very much” level and users’ satisfaction is in “very much” level. In conclusion, raw material managing system for bakery shop by applying Bill of Material (BOM) in this case can be implemented.
