ระบบจัดตารางการผลิต กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เฟรนด์ลี่ แบ็ก จำกัด

Abstract

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบจัดตารางการผลิต ให้กับบริษัทผลิตถุงพลาสติก กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เฟรนด์ลี่ แบ็ก จำกัด และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งานระบบจัดตารางการผลิตพัฒนาตามหลักการพัฒนาระบบทฤษฎี SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) โดยฟังก์ชันประกอบด้วย การกำหนดสิทธิ์ ข้อมูลพนักงาน ข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลเครื่องจักร ประเภทสินค้า ข้อมูลสินค้า ข้อมูลสี ข้อมูลขนาด ข้อมูลแม่พิมพ์ ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ จัดตารางการผลิต บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต และการออกรายงาน ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี และใช้ภาษามายเอสคิวแอลเป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของระบบจัดตารางการผลิต กรณีศึกษา บริษัท เฟรนด์ลี่ แบ็ก จำกัด พบว่าผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก และผู้ใช้งานมีความพอใจในระดับมาก สรุปได้ว่า ระบบจัดตารางการผลิตของ กรณีศึกษา สามารถนำไปใช้งานและปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมได้

This project has objectives to set up production table for plastic bags manufacturer in case study of friendly bags Co. ,Ltd and to assess satisfaction from experts and users of production table system as developed by principle of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , the function consists of user account provisioning, employee data, customer data, machinery data, type of products, products data, color data, size data, molder data, purchase order, organize production table, record manufacturing data, issuing reports, which has developed by PHP programing language and using mySQL programing language as a database management system. As a result of analysis of satisfaction in production table system in the case study of friendly bags Co. ,Ltd, found that experts’ satisfaction is in very much level and users’ satisfaction is in very much level. In conclusion, production table system in the case study can be implemented and improved further.
