ระบบบริการกำจัดปลวก กรณีศึกษา บริษัทคลองหลวง เพสท์ คอนโทรล เซอร์วิส จำกัด

Abstract

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริการกำจัดปลวก กรณีศึกษา บริษัท คลองหลวง เพสท์ คอนโทรล เซอร์วิส จำกัด และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งานระบบ โดยระบบจะประกอบด้วยการทำงานเกี่ยวกับการจัดการผู้ใช้ระบบ การจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน การจัดการอุปกรณ์ กำจัดปลวก การจัดการรูปแบบการให้บริการ การทำสัญญา การออกให้บริการ การจัดตารางงานและการออกรายงานสรุปการบริการ ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นด้วยภาษาพีเอชพี และ ใช้ระบบจัดการ ฐานข้อมูลมากเอสคิวแอล การประเมินผลความพึ่งพอใจของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 30 คน จากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของการพัฒนาระบบบริการกำจัดปลวก กรณีศึกษา บริษัทคลองหลวง เพสท์ คอนโทรล เซอร์วิส ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.72 , ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = 0.52) และผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.57 , ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = 0.60)

This project has objectives to develop termites elimination service system in case study of Khlong Luang pest control service Co. ,Ltd and assess satisfaction of experts and system users, the system consists of user management function, employee data management, termites elimination’s equipment management, service’s format management, contract drafting, servicing, work schedule organizing,and issuing report of services, the system developed by PHP programming language and uses MySQL database management system. Satisfaction assessment by 3 experts and users totally 30 persons. As a result of analysis of satisfaction in development of termites elimination service system in case study of Khlong Luang pest control service Co.,Ltd. The experts had satisfaction in vey much level, with the mean score is 3.72, standard deviation is 0.52, meanwhile the users had satisfaction in very much level, with the mean score is 3.57, standard deviation is 0.60
