ระบบลงลายมือชื่อเข้าสอบ กรณีศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ

Abstract

โครงงานฉบับนี้ เป็นระบบลงลายมือชื่อเข้าสอบ กรณีศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ เพื่ออ านวยความสะดวกรวดเร็ว และง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และสามารถจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับรายชื่อผู้เข้าสอบและขาดสอบได้อย่างถูกต้อง ผู้พัฒนาใช้แนวทางพัฒนาตามวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ คือ กำหนดปัญหาและศึกษาระบบวางแผน วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบ พัฒนาระบบ ทดสอบระบบ เพื่อนำไปใช้และประเมินผล โดยใช้โปรแกรม PHP ในการเขียนโปรแกรมและใช้ Database ในการจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูล และได้ทำการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาโดยใช้ผังงาน เพื่อให้สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ง่าย สรุปโดยภาพรวมแล้ว ระบบนี้พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น จากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจในระบบลงลายมือชื่อเข้าสอบ กรณีศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ โดยรวมพบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจในระบบอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก

This project is about test taking signing system in case study of faculty of business administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep to help in convenience and ease of usage. Also, can reports about test taker’s name list and test taker’ s absent list correctly. The developers used the principle of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , which are problem identification and system study and planning, system analyzing and design, system development, system testing, implementation and assessment that developed by PHP programing language and MySQL programing language in database management system. Moreover, this project has analyzed causes of problem by using flowchart to be able to solve the problem easily. To sum up, this system has been developed for more efficiency of users. After analyzing the satisfaction of test taking signing system in case study of faculty of business administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, found that the experts and users have “Very much” level.
