ระบบจัดการคลังวัสดุ กรณีศึกษา ร้านเสมาแกลเลอรี่

Abstract

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนักพัฒนาระบบจัดการวัสดุคงคลังเพื่อสนับสนุนการรับงานกรอบรูป กรณีศึกษา ร้านเสมาแกลเลอรี่ ได้ทำการศึกษาระบบและปัญหา เพื่อนำไปทำเป็นแนวทางการปรับปรุงพัฒนาระบบจัดการวัสดุคงคลังให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ใช้วงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC) โดยใช้ภาษาจาวา ใช้ระบบโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูลเป็น My SQL และประเมินคุณภาพโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 คน ผู้ดูแลระบบจำนวน 1 คน พนักงานจำนวน 3 คน จากผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาระบบจัดการวัสดุคงคลังเพื่อสนับสนุนการรับ งานกรอบรูป กรณีศึกษา ร้านเสมาแกลเลอรี่ ในภาพรวมพบว่ามีผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในเกณฑ์ พอใช้ในความสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงซึ่งครอบคลุมทุกขั้นตอนการทำงาน มีความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการทำงาน

This project has objectives to support system developer in inventory management of framing jobs in case study of “Se Ma Gallery”shop.There were studied in system and problem to use as a guideline to improve and develop inventory management system to be more efficient .The system has been developed by principle of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by using JAVA programing language and MySQL programing language in database management system. Quality assessment by questionnaires of the sample group consisted of 3 experts, 1 system administrator and 3 staffs. After analyzing the satisfaction of the inventory management system’ s development to support framing jobs in case study of “Se Ma Gallery”shop.In general, found that users have “Moderate”level regarding to real implementation steps which covers all steps of working, including easy and fast in working.
