ระบบการจัดการวัตถุดิบ โดยใช้เทคนิค BOM กรณีศึกษา ร้านชามโอชา

Abstract

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างระบบการจัดการวัตถุดิบ โดยใช้เทคนิค BOM กรณีศึกษา ร้านชามโอชา และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้พัฒนาตามหลักวัฎจักรการพัฒนา ระบบงาน (Systems Development Life Cycle) โดยฟังก์ชัน ประกอบด้วย การจัดการวัตถุดิบ การนำเข้าข้อมูลการขาย จัดการข้อมูลส่วนผสมอาหาร การแนะนำ การสั่งซื้อวัตถุ และการออกรายงาน ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี และใช้ภาษามายเอสคิวแอลเป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล และประเมินผลความพึงพอใจโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 คน และผู้ใช้งาน จำนวน 30 คน ผลการประเมินพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดย รวม อยู่ในระดับมำก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.78 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = 0.14) และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.09 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = 0.01)

This project has objectives to construct inventory management system by using BOM technique in case study of “ Cham O- Cha” shop and to assess satisfaction of experts and system users that developed by the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .The function consists of raw material management, sales data inputting, food mixture data management, raw material purchasing suggestion system, and issuing reports.The system developed by PHP programing language and MySQL is used for database management system.The assessment of satisfaction are by 3 experts, and 30 users respectively. The result of assessment founds experts’ satisfaction in general is in “much” level (mean = 3.78, Standard deviation = 0.14) and general users satisfaction is in “much” level (mean = 4.09, Standard deviation = 0.01)
