ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุด้วย รหัสคิวอาร์

Abstract

สำนักงานส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ พบว่ามีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบของกระดาษจึงทำให้ไม่สามารถรายงานวัสดุคงเหลือได้ทันที ข้อมูลไม่เป็นปัจจุบันและต้องใช้เวลาในการรวบรวม จากปัญหาดังกล่าวผู้พัฒนาจึงทำการศึกษาและ พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุด้วยรหัสคิวอาร์โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศให้มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลเป็นระเบียบและสามารถออกรายงานได้ทันทีพัฒนาในรูปแบบโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนเว็บด้วยภาษาพีเอชพีโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนสมาร์ทโฟนและระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วยมายเอสคิวแอล ซึ่งผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุด้วยรหัสคิวอาร์มีผลการประเมินตามประเภทผู้ใช้งาน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่วัสดุและบุคลากรมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.10 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.35 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากแสดงให้เห็นว่าการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุด้วย รหัสคิวอาร์มีความง่ายต่อการใช้งานและมีความสะดวกสบายในการใช้งาน

The purpose of this project is to develop material management information system using QR code to serves 3 user roles: 1 . Administrators can view user information of the system, view material information, view material receiving list, view material disbursement information, approved material disbursement, search material information, picking material, view material remaining papers, material control account and fiscal year budget summary. 2 . Material officers can manage user account information, manage material information, manage material receiving information,search material information, picking material, view material remaining papers, material control account and fiscal year budget summary. 3. Normal users can search material information, picking material and view detailed material information. The objective is to work efficiently in a highly automated sequence. It is developed as a web application usingPHPlanguageand MySQL database management system. Assessment results of Material Management Information System using QR code is conducted based on user types, namely administrators, material officers and normal.The overall average is 4.10 and standard deviation is 0.35, which is at the high level. It shows that Material Management Information System using QR code is easy to use and up to users’ expectation.
