โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบรับซื้อ-ขายโทรศัพท์มือถือ มือ 2 และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้งานหลังการพัฒนาระบบรับซื้อ-ขายโทรศัพท์มือถือ โดยระบบจะประกอบด้วย กำหนดสิทธิ์พนักงาน ข้อมูลพนักงาน ข้อมูลลูกค้า แนะนำ เปรียบเทียบ และออก
รายงาน ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นโดยอาศัยภาษาพีเอชพีและใช้ภาษามายเอสคิวแอลเป็นระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของการพัฒนาระบบรับซื้อ-ขายโทรศัพท์มือถือ มือ 2 กรณีศึกษา ร้านมือถือ OK โมบายช็อป ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง และผู้ใช้งานมี
ความพอใจในระดับปานกลาง สรุปได้ว่าภาพรวมระบบรับซื้อ-ขายโทรศัพท์มือถือ มือ 2กรณีศึกษา ร้านมือถือ OK โมบายช็อป สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ This project has objectives to set up the used mobile phone trading system and to assess the satisfaction of experts and users after development of buying and
selling phones. The system consists of staff’s right identification, staff data, customer data, recommendation, comparison, and issuing report that developed by PHP and
MySQL as a database management system. According to satisfaction analysis of the used mobile phone trading system, the case study “OK” mobile shop. The experts’
satisfaction is in the moderate level, and the users’ satisfaction is in the moderate level too.
In conclusion, the overall of the used mobile phone trading system, the case study “OK” mobile shop can be implemented.
