ระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซ่ำ กรณีศึกษา ที.เอส.ฟู้ด

Abstract

โครงงานนี้เป็นการพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซำ กรณีศึกษา ที.เอส.ฟู้ด ให้ผู้ใช้งานได้ใช้งานอย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ง่ายต่อการใช้งาน พร้อมทั้งระบบจัดการเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซำ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 4 คน กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป จำนวน 30 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซำ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซำ กรณีศึกษา ที.เอส.ฟู้ด จากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของ ระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซำ กรณีศึกษา ที.เอส. ฟู้ด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับดี สรุปได้ว่า ระบบจัดการร้านอาหารผิงอันติ่มซำ กรณีศึกษา ที.เอส.ฟู้ด สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้

This project is web-application which has objectives to develop the Ping- An Dim sum Restaurant Management System in a case study of T.S. FOOD to ease users in terms of convenience, fast, easy usage, also web-application system and assess satisfaction of system users of the Ping-An Dim sum Restaurant Management System. The sample size divided into 2 groups which are experts 4 persons and general users 30 persons totally by specific sampling method. Tools used in this research are the Ping-An Dim sum Restaurant Management System and satisfaction assessment form over the Ping- An Dim sum Restaurant Management System in a case study of T.S. FOOD. After analysis, it found that experts have satisfaction in much level. Therefore, the Ping-An Dim sum Restaurant Management System in a case study of T.S. FOOD can be implemented. After analysis, it also found that general users have satisfaction in much level. Therefore, the Ping- An Dim sum Restaurant Management System in a case study of T.S. FOOD can be implemented as well.
