ระบบรับจองคิว กรณีศึกษา ร้านเพ็ญเสริมสวย

Abstract

โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบรับจองคิวการบริการให้กับร้านเพ็ญเสริมสวย เพื่อลดจำนวนคนไปรอคิวที่ร้าน เพื่อลดวามแออัด และเพื่อลดจำนวนความหนาแน่นในการใช้บริการ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป จำนวน 50 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ระบบจองคิวการบริการ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของการจัดทำระบบรับจองคิวการบริการให้กับร้านเพ็ญเสริมสวย ในการพัฒนาระบบ ผู้พัฒนาใช้แนวทางพัฒนาตามวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ คือ กำหนดปัญหาศึกษาระบบ วางแผนวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบ พัฒนาระบบ และทดสอบระบบ เพื่อนำไปใช้และประเมินผล โดยใช้ภาษา PHP ในการเขียนโปรแกรมและใช้โปรแกรม phpMyAdmin ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของการจัดทำระบบรับจองคิวการบริการ ให้กับร้านเพ็ญเสริมสวย ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปมีความพึงพอใจ สรุปได้ว่า ระบบจัดทำระบบรับจองคิวการบริการของร้านเพ็ญเสริมสวย สามารถนำไปใช้สำหรับการจองคิวบริการที่ร้านเพ็ญเสริมสวยได้

This project has objectives to develop queueing reservation system for Pen serm suay salon to decrease over queueing at the salon, to decrease crowded and to decrease density in service. The sample size broken into 2 groups which are experts 3 persons, general users 50 persons.Specific sampling method is used. Tools used in this research are queueing reservation system, satisfaction assessment form over the queueing reservation system for Pen serm suay salon.For the system development, developers applied the system development life cycle which consist of problem identification and system studies, planning, analyzing, system designing, system development, system testing for the implementation and assessment. It used PHP programing language for coding and phpMyAdmin for database management. After satisfaction analysis of the queueing reservation system for Pen serm suay salon, general users satisfied. Therefore, queueing reservation system for Pen serm suay salon can be implemented in reservation.
