Abstract

การพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันขายสินค้า IT กรณีศึกษาร้าน Maew123 วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันขายสินค้า ประเมินคุณภาพเว็บแอปพลิเคชันขายสินค้าและประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อเว็บแอปพลิเคชันขายสินค้า ซึ่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญประกอบไปด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันจำนวน 3 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ใช้งานที่ประเมินความพึงพอใจคือ ลูกค้าจากร้าน Maew123 จำนวน 30 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันขายสินค้า IT กรณีศึกษาร้าน Maew123 ผลการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่าคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 3.52 , S.D. = 0.50) และผลการประเมินความ พึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.06 , S.D. = 0.82)

The development of an IT product sales web application: A case study of Maew123 aims to develop a web application for selling products, evaluate the quality of the web application, and measure its user satisfaction. The expert team comprises three web application development specialists, and the sample group for user satisfaction evaluation includes 30 customers. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings reveal that the web application’s quality was evaluated at a high level (𝑥̅ = 3.52, S.D. = 0.50), and the evaluation of user satisfaction also showed a high level (𝑥̅ = 4.06, S.D. = 0.82)
