Abstract

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพและศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ ในส่วนของการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลกรุงเทพ ในการจัดการเก็บข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการดำเนินธุรกิจหรือองค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล ปัจจุบัน เช่น การจัดการผู้ใช้การเข้าสู่ระบบ การจัดการสินทรัพย์การจองสินทรัพย์การชำระเงินการจัดการข้อร้องเรียน การจัดการเอกสารการใช้สถานที่ และการจัดการข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์เป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญที่ช่วยให้ระบบทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ การประเมินคุณภาพของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน และศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้ใช้งาน ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน ด้านการพัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันจำนวน 3 คน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (𝑥̅ = 3.85, SD = 0.43) และด้านการพัฒนาระบบงานการจัดการ สินทรัพย์ 2 คน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี(𝑥̅ = 3.52, SD = 0.85) และผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 30 คน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.54, SD = 0.64)

This project aims to develop a web application for the asset management system of Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. It focuses on evaluating the quality and examining the user satisfaction with the application. The development of the Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep's asset management system is crucial for efficient data management in today's digital era. This includes managing users, logins, assets, reservations, payments, complaints, document management, venue usage, and public relations. These components are essential for the smooth and efficient operation of the system. Five experts assessed the quality of the web application, and user satisfaction was studied among 30 users. The expert evaluation on the development of the web application had an average score in the good range (𝑥̅ = 3.85, SD = 0.43), and on the asset management system development by two experts also fell in the good range (𝑥̅ = 3.52, SD = 0.85). The user satisfaction survey rated their satisfaction in the very good range (𝑥̅ = 4.54, SD = 0.64).
