Abstract

Project Condominium juristic person management system (Case Study: S.P. Condominiums in Bangkok still lack an information system for condominium management. Presently, the system for managing legal entities relies on manual paper-based processes, which may incur expenses for paper and waste time in settling common area fees directly through legal entities. This may lead to errors and data loss in storage. Additionally, residents may not receive comprehensive public relations updates and may encounter issues such as water disruptions, power outages, or other condominium problems. These challenges have prompted the development of a condominium legal entity system. Tools used in this development include Apache, utilized as a tool for data storage on web servers, and PHP programming language for web application development to enhance efficiency in managing condominium legal entity systems, thereby reducing expenses in data management.
