All users of the web board system can read messages and comments contained on the system. In addition, the administrator can delete the topic if it is considered inappropriate. Because opinions are expressed, it causes conflicting opinions. In conflicting opinions, there is cursing with vulgar words or typing insults and slandering each other in the social media world is an offense of insulting others, which It is a misuse of the web board The administrator can then delete that topic. The results of the research found that the web board system created by the researcher has the evaluation results of users in terms of meeting the purpose of use and in terms of satisfaction with using the system at a high level.
