Abstract

Project Canteen Public Relations System Author Ms.Thitiwan Chueabandit Mr.Suttipong Boonmachart Major Computer Science Advisor Mrs.Srisuda Soranansri Academic Year 2023 Abstract The Project Canteen Public Relations System is a system for publicizing information about the canteen with the objective of improving the canteen's public relations system through the Android operating system. The case study is Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. It provides convenience for canteen users to access information on the food service, daily food menus, search for restaurants and food items, categorize food items, leave comments on food items, and manage favorite dishes. Restaurant owners can also publicize information about their restaurants and the food items available each day. The tools used for system development include Visual Studio, JavaScript, TypeScript, Firebase, Node.js and React Native. The results of the user satisfaction evaluation for the Canteen Public Relations System show an overall satisfaction rating with a mean value of 4.60 (𝑥̅= 4.60) and a standard deviation of 0.61 (S.D. = 0.61), which is in the highest level of satisfaction.
