Abstract

โครงงานนี้เป็นการพัฒนาระบบมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม เอส.คอร์เปอเรชัน จำกัด ให้ผู้ใช้งานได้ใช้งานอย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และประเมินความพึงพอใจ ของผู้ใช้ต่อระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม.เอส.คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบ่ง ออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป จำนวน 48 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม เอส คอร์เปอเรชัน จำกัด แบบประเมินความ พึงพอใจต่อระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม.เอส.คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด จากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม.เอส.คอร์เปอ เรชั่น จำกัด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความพึงพอใจในระดับที่ดี สรุปได้ว่า ระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี. เอ็ม.เอส.คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จากการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม.เอส.คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปมีความพึงพอใจใจในระดับที่ดี สรุปได้ว่า ระบบโลจิสติกส์ กรณีศึกษา บริษัท จี.เอ็ม.เอส.คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้

This project is a system development objective. To develop the Logistic system, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd., for users to use conveniently, speed and evaluate users satisfaction with the Logistics System, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd. The specific sample divided into 2 groups are experts and 48 users. The research tools used include the Logistic system, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd. and a satisfaction survey for the Logistic System, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd. According to the satisfaction analysis of Logistic system, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd., the experts’ satisfaction is in the high level. So, it implies that the Logistic System, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd., can be implemented. Moreover, the satisfaction analysis of Logistic system, case study of G.M.S. Corporation Co., Ltd., the users’ satisfaction is in high level.
